Boca Grande Modern

This modern home was completed in 2021 on the island of Boca Grande FL. The unique design of this home as an inland lot but with waterviews was to combine two properties one for the residence and one for the extensive gardens. The owners wanted a very clean and Vertical approach to the design. Being three levels with an additional rooftop ocean view area the residence depicts clean angles and particularly precise solids and Voids. The particularly beautiful views to the South embrace a Live Oak tree that fills the view out of the living room great room and covered and screened terrace. The gardens were designed to be somewhat of a labyrinth around and through the residence.
