The Board of Directors has approved the CMSA design for Phase 2 of the Laurel Oak Clubhouse incorporating extensive outdoor covered dining expansion and renovation of the existing lounge area. The renovation is the second phase of 4 for the club, bringing it to its optimum member usage and aesthetics. CMSA recently completed Phase 1 of the project – renovating the entire exterior of the clubhouse.
